Wygnanski
Technical Director
Wladyslaw Wygnanski
is Managing and Technical Director of Camcon, the
company he founded in 2000 to commercialise the binary
actuator. This pioneering technology offers break-through
advantages in a very wide range of application fields.
Prior to Camcon, Wygnanski
was involved in professional audio systems design
and manufacture, as a founder and director of Out
Board Electronics, a company recognised for its installations

Ian
Anderson
Chief Operating Officer
Ian Anderson is Chief
Operating Officer of Camcon with responsibility for
day-to-day operational management of the company.
He is also responsible developing the company's profile
through sales and marketing. Anderson has a strong
track record in general management, specifically developing
business and market strategies for technology companies.
Anderson joined Camcon
in July 2003 after 18 months running Hespian, a management
consultancy that he originally founded in April 1996
to provide short term and interim management consulting
services to technology companies. Clients included
Merryweather Group, for whom he acted as Managing
Director developing a new business plan and securing
funding, and Gable CAD Systems also as Managing Director,
returning the business to profit within nine months.

Christopher
McDouall
Commercial Director
Christopher McDouall
is Commercial Director of Camcon with responsibility
for developing and leading the companys commercialisation
strategy and in particular developing relationships
with corporate customers. He joined the company in
2000 after leading a successful venture capital fund
raising round on behalf of the company.
McDouall has operated
McDouall Associates, an independent management consultancy,
since 1982. McDouall Associates core activity is financial
analysis, particularly for venture capital projects,
from initial launch finance through mezzanine funding
and refinancing activities in the UK and Russia, Ukraine

Danny
Chapchal
Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman
Danny Chapchal, Chairman
of ACUS Management Partners joined Camcon in November
2002. Until recently, Chapchal was chairman of Post
Impressions, a British developer of post production
equipment for high definition television and digital
film production between 2000 and 2002. Chapchal recognised
the need to take the technology to the global broadcast
market and subsequently negotiated the sale of the
company to Snell & Willcox. More...
